Du wirst bloß iwann die neuen Spiele nicht mehr spielen können, wenn deine FW so alt bleibt.

z.zt. ist das richtig.
da hilft sicher nur eine gehackte ps3 weiter.
ist auf der psp ja ähnlich.

aber ob und wann überhaupt,keine ahnung.
außerdem ist die lebensdauer einer ps3 auch so eine größe für sich.
meine erste ( 60 gb ) hat ja nur 2 1/2 jahre gehalten.wie lange meine derzeitige macht....

bis dato läuft alles so wie ich es immer hatte weiter.ich bin zufrieden und wir werden sehen.
gerade gestern brauchte ich den vlc player auf der ps3 wieder,das konnte das original os nicht wiedergeben.
war ich froh,dass ich noch linux drauf habe.

Yellow Dog Linux
Sony has announced that the 3.21 firmware that will be released on April 1st 2010 will remove the OtherOS feature on old, large form factor PLAYSTATION(R) 3s. So if you upgrade to the new firmware, you will NOT be able to run Yellow Dog Linux.
